Q: How long until my order is shipped?

All orders containing an embroidered crewneck and custom jewelry will be processed and made within 1-3 weeks and then shipped out the following week!  

Q: Can I change an order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been made, you have 24 hours to request a change in color or size! So please be precise when ordering your correct size, color and putting in your address please! 

Q: How long until my order arrives?

All domestic orders will have tracking so you can follow your order! Typically, orders take 2-5 business days after shipping to arrive. I ship from Texas. DUE TO COVID, please allow an additional 2-5 weeks before reporting a package missing!

For international orders such as EU and Canada, please keep in mind shipping is between 2-3 weeks after the order is made and processed (2-3 weeks itself). 

Please note that due to Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee shipping timeframes. We do not provide refunds due to shipping exceptions/delays.

Q: Who pays customs, duties and taxes?

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, customs and taxes corresponding to their country. If you are ordering from within the USA, it is very unlikely that your order will incur duties. 

Q: What are your refund and exchange policies?

We currently do not accept refunds due to limited inventory! We do not accept refunds from products opened from their original packaging! We only accept exchanges whenever a product is damaged or defective (please email us at support@uniqe.org) to set up an exchange.
Once we receive the defective product, we will exchange it for a new one, postage paid
